  30.  The objective of this conference is to provide an effective forum for original
  31.  and fundamental advances in Computer Communications and Networks and to foster 
  32.  communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of
  33.  scientific areas with a common interest in improving Computer Communications 
  34.  and Networks.
  35.  
  36.  SCOPE:

  38.  The primary focus of the conference is on new and original research results in
  39.  the areas of design, implementation and applications of Computer Communications
  40.  and Networks. We solicit the submission of papers that address novel, 
  41.  challenging and innovative results. Therefore the topics that will be addressed
  42.  include, but are not limited to:

  56.  SUBMISSION:
  57.  
  58.  Authors are invited to submit complete and original papers. Papers that may be 
  59.  submitted for consideration include those that have not previously been 
  60.  published in another forum, or are not currently being published or reviewed by
  61.  another journal or conference. All submitted papers will be refereed for 
  62.  quality, correctness, originality and relevance. The program committee reserves
  63.  the right to accept a submission as long, short or poster presentation. Of 
  64.  particular interest are papers which address experiences with concrete Computer
  65.  Communications and applications. All accepted papers will be published in the
  66.  conference proceedings. Authors will be interested to know that special issues 
  67.  of journals containing outstanding papers from the conference are being planned.
  68.  
  69.  Manuscripts should include an abstract and be limited to 5000 words.
  70.  Submissions should include the title, author(s), author's affiliation, e-mail 
  71.  address, fax number and postal address.  In case of multiple authors, an 
  72.  indication of which author is responsible for correspondence and preparing the 
  73.  camera ready paper for the proceedings should also be included. Six copies of 
  74.  the manuscript should be submitted by Monday, April 22, 1996 to Program
